Any order of $70.00 or more are shipped free of charge. Please allow minimum 5 business days for delivery.
For any order of less than $70.00, the standard delivery fee is $10.00. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for delivery.
Express Delivery (Australia)
Should you need your items sooner, express delivery is $15.00 and this option is available at checkout.

Tracking details are supplied for all orders (Standard and Express) Please check your email for details, and if you have not received one within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folders.
Delivery Time Frames
The delivery time frames given are estimates provided by Australia Post. We have no control over delays within the postal or courier services which can happen from time to time. Please ensure you allow an adequate amount of time to receive your parcel for your event to avoid any disappointment. We do not offer guarantees on delivery time frames, and can not give refunds due to delays caused by a third party. Note that public holidays will affect delivery time frames and may cause delays within Australia Post. Delivery may take longer in regional areas.

Our handmade wraps, stoles and other faux fur items are made with high quality fabrics. We only use faux fur with an authentic high quality finish and our wraps are lined with quality satin for a more luxurious finish inside and out.
Our feather wraps are made with Marabou or Ostrich Feathers and we only choose the best quality for these too.

Our jewellery and hair pieces are of high quality and we spend a lot of time finding beautiful pieces you. We recommend our high quality pieces for brides as this is a very special occasion where only the best will do! These are perfect keepsakes!
We also stock fashion jewellery such as more affordable Chandelier Style/Statement earrings but this will always be reflected in the price and product description. These are fun elements designed for evening events and other occasions where you may need that statement piece.
Measuring for a custom designed wrap or stole.
Please measure shoulders where the wrap or stole will sit (just below the shoulder line) this is where the wrap will sit when worn by you.
We also require bust measurement so we can make sure your wrap sits perfectly!
Items we stock can vary from descriptions up to 1cm depending on the item, this is the beauty of individual and handmade items, no two are exactly alike, giving you a special one off piece each time.
Most of our earrings have silver pins or are hypoallergenic. If this is not the case we will clearly state it in the description section. If in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds can be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.
Refunds and Consumer Guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not impacted by the change of mind policy or limited by a defined timeframe. However, Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product, depending on the nature of the goods, the price paid and any representations made about the goods.
Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion within a reasonable time.
Where an item is shown to be damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Stole The Show cannot provide a refund, exchange or repair.
Stole The Show will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once your return is received and inspected, Stole The Show will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. Stole The Show will also notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be given as a credit applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Stole The Show recommends that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For hygiene reasons we cannot provide refunds for earrings or headpieces.
At Stole the Show we endeavour to carry stock to fulfill all orders. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you have the option to cancel your order or place it on back order. It will take one to two weeks for the product to be back in stock, and if there are any further delays we will keep you fully informed.
